We are deeply saddened for your loss. We are grateful that we got to serve alongside him at FBC and see the impact he made on children and young families. David was the first from FBC to come see Lynlee in the hospital, and we will cherish the ornament forever that he made for her. Rene, Haley, Hope, and Hannah you will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers.

Brother David, in the short time that I've known you, you have had a huge impact on mine and my family's lives. I observed your love for people and especially children. I also got to see them love you back. You had a positive influence on many people as you ministered to them. I know, even in death, you will continue to have a huge impact on lives by the example you set for us all. Thank you !!! Much love to your family and friends and may we continue the work you left us to do.

Love you !!!

We were so shocked and saddened on Sunday night.
We consider it a blessing to have known David. He was such a caring, giving, funny and special man who loved the Lord and lived Christ. He always had a kind word. We loved him and will miss him.
Renee, Haley, Hannah, Hope,
Your family has always been special to ours and we love you all. You have been in our thoughts and prayers and will continue to be.

Renee, Mrs. Carter, Haley, Hannah, Hope, and Craig. I cannot come up with words sufficient to express my deepest sorrow, and sympathy for you. It was one of the worst shocks I have experienced of someone who left us so soon. I enjoyed the trip to Puerto Rico with David where I got to know him a little better. He was a delightful and great person and I'll miss him around church.

Pastor David was such a blessing to me. I asked him one time how he knew he was supposed to be a children’s pastor. He sat down and shared his call to ministry with me. He was always such a blessing and man of God! Prayers for families and friends. God bless you all and help you.
