Tammy was born February 21, 1961 in Columbia, South Carolina,she was a member of Market Street church of Christ.

Survivors include, Mother, Opal Conn of Athens. Daughter, Stephanie Brooke Phillips of Madison, Alabama. Son, Joshua Parandi of Georgia. Two Grandchildren. Sisters, Joan McDonald of Athens. Benita Stiles of Athens. Brothers, Johnny Conn of Athens. Danny Conn of Florida. Barry Conn, and Greg Conn of Athens. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Tammy was preceded in death by her Father, J.C. Conn.

A memorial service will take place at a later date.
