Praying for your family. The children in the nursery always enjoyed David coming by and making his animal noises. We all loved him and his dedication to the children's ministry. He will be greatly missed.

He was a great man! I didn’t know if personally but I knew of him from church events such as VBS conference and I followed him on Facebook. I loved watching his Facebook videos and learning from him at the VBS trainings. He was a great man of God and will truly be missed. Prayers for each family member and friend.

There are no words for the loss and sadness we feel. David was such a huge part of our church family and he touched our children’s lives from the time we joined FBC Athens. To Renee, Haley, Hope and Hannah please know you are all in our thoughts and prayers and if there is anything you need we are only a phone call a way. May God wrap His love around you and may you feel His grace with you always. We love you Carter family with all our hearts.
