Renee, Haley, Hannah, and Hope,
In our 10 years at FBC Athens, not one person has made a greater impression on me than Bro. David. His love for our Lord, children, and life itself was so very evident. His love for you four was so very evident also. The Lord will send someone to serve in the capacity he had to vacate, but he will never be replaced.
We are so grateful that he was so helpful, trusting, and kind to Yolanda. She has grown tremendously in her young Christian life and much of that is credited to Bro. David. We love you and continue to pray for you daily. Catherine Johnson

David was a special one of a kind unrepeatable miracle of God...Nadine and I will cherish the times our families shared together with David filled with lots of love and laughter...Dnows, CPRs, canoeing, bowling, sharing a meal, and just hanging out.

Renee, Haley, Hannah, and Hope,

Debbie and I will so miss David and while we grieve his loss we wanted to encourage you by standing on Gods word. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. Verse 13 says that we may not grieve as others do, who have no hope. Our hope is Jesus and we know that yours is too. We are praying for you and we're available if you need us.

We love you all,
Ron & Debbie
