I am so sorry. When I heard last Sunday afternoon the news about David I was shocked and in disbelief. Me and David met in 1982 as we worked for United Space Boosters. We immediately became friends, I guess cause we were so much alike. We always had something going on all the time. When I left in 85 I always wondered what happen to him. No cell phones so we lost touch. Then in 2008 maybe, we joined FBC. And one Sunday Karen Brown told me that somebody wanted to see me that they knew me. When we met we didn’t even recognize each other. We weren’t the same young buff boys that we were then. But when I heard his voice it all came back. I was blessed to have reunited with him the last 12 years. I missed him in 85 and I will miss him again. This time I want have to wonder where he is. We love y’all. And if there is anything we can do, PLEASE let us know. (When we eat at Scooter’s, I will be thinking about him)

Bro David Carter has always been one of our favorite people...ever since we met him! We are so sorry for your loss and our loss...everybody’s loss...he had such a huge heart for Christ and seeing others growing closer to him. We’re praying for all of you.
