Mrs. Maudie Motter Turner, 93 of Athens, AL died Saturday, November 18, 2023 at her residence.

She was born September 6, 1930 in Limestone Co. AL to Samuel & Minnie Motter. She attended Round Island Baptist Church.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, 1 PM at Poplar Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, 6-9 pm at Spry Funeral Home.

Survivors include, Daughters, Cathie Morris of Athens, AL, Becky Craig of Huntsville, AL 4 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded in death by daughter, Carol Jan McElyea.

Pallbearers will be, Seth McElyea, Leroy Motter, Cassey Green, Dawson Green, Richard Strong & Petey Motter. Honorary Pallbearer will be Chris Williamson.
