John Thomas Harbin, 82 of Athens,
Alabama, died Sunday, November 19, 2023 at his residence.
Services will be 1PM
Friday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Lentzville Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday 11am until Service at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will
be Andrew Harbin, Landon Adams, Tim Carter, Mike Adams, Charlie McMeans and
David Johnson.
Mr. Harbin was born July 3, 1941 in Limestone County and he was
retired from Limestone County Water Dept.
Survivors: Wife: Sue Adams Harbin of
Athens; Sons: Steve Harbin (Karen) of Athens and Stanley Harbin (Amanda) of
Athens. Grandchildren: Andrew Harbin (Taylor), Lynsey Adams (Landon), Will
Harbin, Katie Harbin, Anna Harbin and Ethan Sisco. Great Grandchildren: Jessie
Adams, Blakeleigh Hill and Mabel Sisco. Siblings: Buddy Harbin of Athens, Jack
Harbin of Athens and Joan Clark of Athens.
Preceded in death by: Parents:
Walter Harbin and Ada Pearl Harbin. Siblings: Nettie Lewis, Gracie May Bean,
Mary Alice Vinson, Frances Johnson, Doris Coffman, Margaret Kirk, Tommy Jenkins
and Junior Harbin.
