Sherron Ann Pendergrass, 66 of Athens, Alabama, died Tuesday, February 7, 2023 in Athens.
A Memorial Service will be 3pm Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Spry Funeral Home Chapel in Athens.. Spry Funeral Home in Athens assisted the family.
Mrs. Pendergrass was born November 29, 1956 in Huntsville, Alabama, she was a member of the Baptist Church and she was a homemaker.
Survivors: Son: Kyle (Andrea) Moore of Madison; Daughter: Amanda (Jeff) Hastings of Huntsville; Brother: Howard Groves of Athens; Sisters: Susan Lamy of Harvest, Rebecca Woods of Russellville and Barbara Stepp of Decatur; Two Grandchildren: Two Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by: Parents: Moses Henry and Margaret Ann Groves; Brother: Larry Groves.

Our condolences on the loss of your mom. My son (Alexander) & I volunteered a couple of summers as Friday delivery drivers for Meals on Wheels. Mrs. Legg was our last stop on our route. We were honored to get to know her a bit and hear about some of her wonderfully funny adventures. Our prayers go to your family during this difficult time.
