Thomas Lawrence Moore, 90 of Athens, Alabama, died Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Athens Limestone Hospital.

Mr. Moore was born January 27, 1934 in Marshall County, he was a retired Heavy Equipment Mechanic and a Farmer, loved Alabama Football. He was a longtime member of Greenbrier Baptist Church and more recently New Hope Baptist Church.

There will be a 11am Graveside Service Saturday at Roselawn Cemetery with Greg Wise officiating.

Visitation is Saturday 9am until 10:30am at Spry Funeral Home in Athens.

Pallbearers will be Cory Wise, Nathan Wise, Ronnie Moore, Don Thompson, Paul Rowland and Carson Pack.

Survivors: Wife, Nancy Moore of Athens. Daughters, Eloise Williams of Elkmont and Becky (Neil) Palmer of Athens. Son, Dwight Moore of Kentucky. Grandchildren, Greg Wise of Elkmont, Cory Wise of Elkmont, Nathan Wise of Elkmont, Olivia Rowland of Athens and Molly Pack of Athens. Twelve Great Grandchildren. One Great Great Granddaughter. Sister, Gladys Harper of Madison.
