Opal Inez Conn, 94 of Athens, Alabama, died Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mrs. Conn was born October 28, 1930 in Limestone County, she was a member of Market Street Church of Christ and a homemaker. There will be a Graveside Service 2pm Tuesday at Roselawn Cemetery with David Cox officiating. No visitation is planned. Spry Funeral Home in Athens is directing. Grandson will be Pallbearers. Sons is Honorary Pallbearers. Survivors: Daughters, Benita (Charles) Conn Stiles of Athens and Joan (Jeff) Conn McDonald of Athens. Sons, Johnny (Sherry) Holland Conn of Athens, Danny (Karen) Steven Conn of Dunnellon, FL, Barry (Marukel) Clay Conn of Panama and Gregory (Beverly) Allison Conn of Athens. Fifteen Grandchildren. Twenty-one Great Grandchildren. Nine Great Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces and Nephews. Preceded in death by: Husband, J.C. Conn. Daughter, Tami Mansbridge. Granddaughter, Sara Grace Conn.

We are do sorry for your loss. I know Glen as a Godly Christian man and I know he will be greatly missed. I pray God gives all the family peace and comfort during this time. i always remember our family beach trips. Good times.
