Edward Eddie Spry, 30 of Athens, Alabama, died Sunday, October 20, 2024 in Athens. Mr. Spry was born February 1, 1994 in Limestone County, he was a welder for 15 years.
There will be a 2pm Graveside Service Thursday at Sandlin Cemetery with Gerry Claybrooke officiating. Visitation is Thursday 12noon until 1:30pm at Spry Funeral Home.
Survivors: Wife, Tshaniva Spry of Athens. Daughters, Jasmine Spry and McKinley Spry. Parents, Jerry and Michelle Spry of Athens. Sister, Pearl (Chris) Colwell of Athens. Grandmother, Rachel Simpkins of Minor Hill, TN. Nieces and Nephews. Father-in-law, Lee Smith Jr. of Selma, AL. Mother-in-law, Sonjia Smith of Selma, AL.

I am blessed to have gotten to meet this sweet soul. Cora’s joy and kindness was so genuine and pure, every visit I had with her left me smiling. Thoughts & prayers go out to her family, I can’t wait to celebrate in heaven with her one day!
