Carol Denise Christian, 63 of Athens,
Alabama, died Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
There
will be a 3pm Graveside Service Sunday at Reunion Cemetery with Jackie Bowden
officiating. Visitation is from 1pm until 2:30pm Sunday at Spry Funeral Home.
Mrs. Christian was born October 9, 1956 in Michigan and she was retired from
Madison County School System.
Survivors: Husband: Fernando Ramirez of Athens;
Son: Jeremiah Christian of Athens; Daughter: Keva Montiel of Athens; Mother:
Pauline Martin of Athens; Brothers: Stanley McClendon of Athens, Marty
McClendon of Athens, Tim Coffman of Decatur, Anthony McClendon of Florence and
Mike McClendon of Florence; Sisters: Rhonda Hall of Florida and Faye Austin of
Florence; Grandchildren: Brittney Christian, Brailee Christian, Layla Rippey,
Raelyn Christian and Isaiah Christian.
Preceded in death by: Father: James
Edward McClendon; Son: Daniel Christian; Grandson: Braiden Christian.

My thoughts and prayers are with y'all. Carol was a wonderful woman and I know her memory will live on through her kids and grandkids. Love y'all
