Michael Erwin G. El, 60 of Athens, Alabama, passed Wednesday August 26 at his residence.

Michael Erwin G. El beloved brother, was born in Newark, NJ on March 24, 1960, where he spent his younger years and later grew up in Bradley Beach, NJ where he attended Asbury Park High School. After serving in the army Michael settled in the birthplace town of his mother, Athens, Alabama where he resided until his passing.

Michael is survived by his mother, Wendolyn G. El, three sisters and 2 brothers (Sisters: Rosie Marie, Margaret Jeanette and Dorcas) (Brothers: Mack Hardman and Matheno).

Michael was preceded in death by his father M.C. Hardman Gully El, and two brothers Omar Tyehimbe and Jaguanath.

The El family would like to thank family and friends who have reached out and supported us during this time. The family will convene a private Memorial Service.
