Sherry Ann Weathers, 72, of Rogersville, AL entered into
her heavenly
home on Wednesday, November 9, 2022. The family will receive friends on
Sunday, November 13, from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Rogersville United
Methodist Church. The funeral will follow at the church at 2:00 pm with
Pastor Holly Woodall officiating. David Comer will deliver the eulogy.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie and Sarah Comer,
her Aunt Cody James, and brother-in-law Jerry Garner.
Survivors include her loving husband of 53 years, Jerry Weathers; son
Jay Weathers (Karla); daughter Jill Brown (Michael); grandchildren
Karlee (Blake), Holden (Katy), Slade, Bentlee, Cooper;
great-granddaughter Ellie Jane; brother David Comer (Linda); sister
Sandra Garner; sister-in-law Kay Mitchell, and many nieces and nephews.
Sherry was retired from Athens State University and a member of
Rogersville United Methodist Church.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Mitcheal
Bowen, Clearview Cancer Center, and the Neurology and Radiation
Departments of UAB.
Memorials may be made to Rogersville United Methodist Church or the
Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
