Marie Janet Brewer age 70 of Athens passed away Tuesday at Limestone Health Facility.

Mrs. Brewer was born September 26, 1952 in Madison County, Alabama, she was a homemaker.

A memorial graveside service will be 11 am Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Lindsay Lane Baptist Church East located at 1649 Nick Davis Road Harvest, Alabama

She is survived by her Sons, Michael Wayne Brewer of Huntsville. James Patrick Brewer and Jimmy Dean Brewer both of New Hope, Alabama. Sisters, Carolyn Collins of Athens. Mary Jane Jones of Fayetteville, Tennessee. Mamie Butler of Gurley. Debbie Sue Bullard of Fayetteville, Tennessee. Brothers, Mark Jones of Harvest. James Larry Jones of Huntsvillle.

I have know Greg since the second grade. He was loved and admired by all. Back in the day He gave me a necklace with two silver hearts which I'm sure Ms. Barbara picked out. I still have it. What an amazing family I'll see them again one day.
