Julia Annette McGlocklin, age 80 of Athens died Saturday at Athens Limestone Hospital.

Mrs. McGlocklin was born November 15, 1940 in Limestone County, and was a homemaker.

Graveside service will be 2 pm Sunday at New Salem Cemetery with Marty Griffin officiating, no visitation is planned.

Survivors , Son, Gordon (Mac) McGlocklin Jr. of Athens. Grandson, Gordon E. (Tre) McGlocklin III of East Aboga, Alabama. Mother of Tre, Julia McGlocklin of East Aboga, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by, Husband, Gordon (Mac) McGlocklin Sr. Son, Jimmy Wayne McGlocklin. Daughters, Reba Ann McGlocklin and Rebecca Ann McGlocklin.

I'm really late with this I just now found that my friend and cousin Betty Jean has passed away. I didn't get to visit with her very often, but when I did get down to Alabama, we always had a good time during our visits. God Bless you Betty. You Are Missed!!!!
