Enda Jo (Jody) Rawson, 73 of Athens, Alabama, died Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Athens Health & Rehab.

Mrs. Rawson was born January 24, 1948 in Wichita Falls, Texas and she was a homemaker.

A Memorial Service will be 2pm Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Spry Funeral Home Chapel.

Visitation is from 1pm until Service Sunday at Spry Funeral Home.

Survivors: Sons, Vincent (Carolyn) Fuller of Athens and Patrick Allen (Pamela) Fuller of Coalmont, Tennessee. Grandchildren, Lindsey Clark, Ashley Wood, Joey Patterson and Leslie Flournoy. Eight Great Grandchildren. Sister, Kathi Beardon of Wichita Falls, Texas.

So many good memories of the 30 plus years, that he was my "best friend & neighbor". Cannot replace a guy that was more thoughtful and willing to help out with anything. His passing is such a loss to the community and the county. There will never be a person to replace his sense of humor and willingness to help anybody. Gonna miss him tooting his horn if I was out in the yard when he passed bye. It's a sad day on Sugar Creek today!
