Betty Jean Gatlin, 73 of Elkmont,
Alabama, died Monday, December 9, 2019 at her residence.
Services will be 11am
Thursday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Alton Downs officiating, burial in
Apostolic Cemetery. Visitation is from 9am until service Thursday at funeral
home.
Mrs. Gatlin was born February 3, 1946 in Limestone County and she
was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors: Daughters: Peggy Brunson of
Elkmont, Amanda Taylor of Athens, Amelia Adams of Tuscaloosa, AL, Bethany
Woolwine of Madison, AL and Tammy Jean Sain of Athens; Son: Johnny Carter of
Athens; Brothers: James Perry of Athens, Delmer Perry of Elkmont and Ricky
Perry of Lexington, AL; Sister: Melisha Middlebrooks of Elkmont; Seventeen
Grandchildren; Nine Great Grandchildren.
