Ronald Ray Bedford, 65 of Athens, Alabama, died Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Athens Limestone Hospital.

There will be a Memorial Visitation Friday 2:30PM until 3:30Pm at Spry Funeral Home in Athens.

Mr. Bedford was born August 19, 1958 in Iowa and he was retired Military.

Jeff was one of the best men I've ever met. He stepped up and helped raise me as his own. Nothing but love, always.

Crystal my heart goes out to you right now, I know how happy and blessed you felt with Jeff and it was evident in every picture you posted. It takes an amazing man to step in and raise children that are not biologically his and it seems like he made a difference in everyone's life. To your entire family stay strong and if you all remember him he will always be with you.
