Services will be 2 pm Tuesday in the Chapel of Spry Funeral Home .

Visitation will be Tuesday from 12 noon until service at the funeral home.

Survivors include his Father, Don E. Carter of Hartselle. Mother, Dot Carter of Athens. Son, Blake Carter of Athens. Daughters, Makayla Harris of Elkmont. Brittney Scott of Athens. Mr. Carter is survived by three Grandchildren.
