Gloria Ann Norton, 87 of Athens, AL died Friday, Dec. 29, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital.

Mrs. Norton was a Member of Bethel Church of Christ & a retired lunch room worker at East Limestone High School.

She was preceded in death by husband, Buzz Norton, son, Troy Norton.

Services will be Wednesday, 2 PM at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Jimmy Clark & Scott Pepper officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, 12 noon until service time.

Survivors include, Sons, Andy Norton (Lisa) of Elkmont, AL, Kim Norton (Amanda) of Athens, AL, Daughter, Stephanie Moore (Allen) of Athens, AL, Sister, Sarah Pepper (Hugh) of Athens, AL, 8 Grandchildren & 7 Great Grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be, Mike Jackson, Anthony Moran, Drew Norton, Sawyer Norton, Garrett Newton, Kaden Newton. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brad Stovall, Derrick Stovall, Todd Stovall & Tim Pepper.

Kim and all of Mrs Norton family, I’m sorry to hear the passing of Mrs Norton. I pray all can find peace and comfort in that she was a member of God’s family. She will always be remembered by all that knew her.
