Jerry Edward Hinkle, 82 of Athens, AL died Saturday, December 30, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital.

He was a Member of Oakland Church of Christ.

Preceded in death by Parents, Roy & Goldie Hinkle, wife, Kathrene Hinkle, Grandchildren, Andy Hinkle, Amy Hargrove, 3 Brothers & 1 Sister.

Services will be Friday, 2 PM at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Jeff Mays officiating. Burial in Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, 12 Noon until service time.

Survivors include Son, Keith Hinkle (Angie) of Athens, AL, Daughter, Pamela Bloodworth (Mike) of Athens, AL, Brothers, Joe Hinkle of Athens, AL, Jackie Hinkle of Mesa, Arizona, Sisters, Eva Maples of Rainsville, AL, Dorothy Williams of Athens, AL, 3 Grandchildren Ethan Bloodworth, Casey Curry and Beth Gathnay & 9 Great Grandchildren.
