is directing.
Mrs. Starnes was born February 5, 1979 in Limestone County and
she was a homemaker.
Survivors: Sons: Jace Starnes of Athens and Talan Hicks of
Athens; Parents: Mother: Terrie Martin of Athens and Father Stormy Starnes of
Ripley, Mississippi; Brother: Brandon Starnes of Athens; Sister: Leigh Starnes
of Athens.
