Sherrill Thomas Schrimsher, 75 of Athens, Alabama, died
Monday, October 9, 2023 at his residence.
Mr. Schrimsher was born January 6,
1948 in Limestone County, he was a member of Mt. Carmel Church of Christ and he
was retired from 3M in Decatur, AL.
Services will be 2pm Thursday at Mt. Carmel
Church of Christ with Ed Rezach officiating and burial in Limestone Memorial
Gardens. Visitation is 12noon until service at the church. Spry Funeral Home in
Athens is directing.
Survivors: Daughter: Donna (Benji) Partlow of Athens;
Brothers: James Paul Schrimsher of Athens and Royce Schrimsher of Athens;
Sisters: Pettus Durham of Athens, Nora Lindsey of Athens and Denise Schrimsher
of Athens; Grandchildren: Alison (Mark) Thomas and Seth (Victoria) Partlow; One
Great Grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of
Limestone County or Mt. Carmel Church of Christ Meals
