Myra Lorraine Johnson Middlebrooks, 90 of Jackson, Tennessee, died Sunday, July 3, 2022 at her daughters residence in Jackson, Tennessee.
Mrs. Middlebrooks was born September 8, 1931 in Athens, Alabama, she was a member of Old Hickory Church of Christ in Jackson, Tennessee and she was a retired Ophthalmic Assistant. She was married to Bryce L. Middlebrooks for 65 years until his death in May 2021.
There will be a 10:30AM Graveside Service Friday at Athens Memory Gardens with Tony Andrews and Mike Presnell officiating.
No visitation is planned. Spry Funeral Home in Athens is directing the service.
Survivors: Daughters, Karen (Jim) Knolton of Jackson, TN, Paula (Richard) Aydt of Bowling Green, KY and Susan Middlebrooks of Jackson, TN. Son, David (Keena) Middlebrooks of Pinson, TN. Sister, Betty (Travis) Halford of Atlanta, GA. Five Grandchildren. Four Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: Parents, Roy C. Johnson & Gelia Agnes Johnson. Sister, Gertrude Cosby. Brother, Leroy Johnson.
