of Athens, died Sunday, October 20, 2019 at Huntsville Hospital.
Mrs. Mitchell
was born October 4, 1955 in Limestone County. He was a member of Truth Baptist
Church and she was a homemaker.
Services will be 3pm Wednesday at Spry Funeral
Home Chapel with Donald Terry officiating, burial in Bottom Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6pm – 9pm Tuesday at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are
Skyler Reece, Stevie Burroughs, Jessie Adams, Mike Gurno, James Kimbrough Jr.
and Chris Mason.
Survivors: Husband, Samuel E. Mitchell of Athens; Daughters,
Jennifer Carter (James) Kimbrough of Athens and Robye (Logan) Patterson of
Athens; Step-Daughters, Wendy (Pat) Gleason of Huntsville and Tammy (Mike)
Williams of Athens; Step-Son, James (Holly) Mitchell of Phoenix, AZ; Five
Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchildren, Six Step Grandchildren, Nieces and
Nephews.
Preceded in death by Parents, Lee Greer (Doc) and Bessie Mae Emerson
Willard, Sisters, Portia Lee Adams and Connie Annette Green; Brother, Danny Lee
Willard.
