Mr. Meadows was born February 25, 1959 in Limestone County. A Memorial Service will be held later.

Survivors: Partner, Cindy Ray Siniard of Athens; Son, Zachary (Meka) Shane Meadows of Pulaski, Tennessee; Daughters, Dawn (John) Elizabeth Hantz of Montana, Dana Janette Meadows of Charleston South Carolina and Alyxander Kurschner of Montana; Grandchildren, Melody Hantz, Makeda Meadows and Kaleb Perry; Brothers, Dennis (Tammy) Meadows of Athens, Danny (Shirley) Meadows of Virginia; Sisters, Debbie Meadows of Athens, Dixie Goodwin of Athens.

Preceded in death by: Parents, Herbert and Elizabeth Meadows; Brother, Darrell Meadows.
