My heart goes out to June, Gil, and all the family. Bro McKee led me to Christ and baptized me and my 2 children 3/22/1981. He was my spiritual father and dear to my heart. I loved him like my own daddy. God bless you June, Gil and all the family.

Garland came to Illinois and officiated the funeral of Harley M. McCrite his uncle and my grandfather. That was the only time I heard him preach but he gave a powerful message that day.

Very sorry to hear of his passing. I never had the chance to meet him, but he brought many smiles to my family as we listened to his comedy on family vacations. I pray for peace for his family.

I just happened to come across his obituary , But I was Sorry to hear of the passing of Bro. J. Garland McKee , I didn't have the chance to meet him in person but I did have the pleasure to speak with him on the phone when I had ordered a video from him.
