Linda Davis, 79 of Elkmont, Alabama, died Monday May 20, 2024 at Limestone Health Nursing & Rehab.
Mrs. Davis was born July 21, 1944 in Limestone County and she was a member of Bethel Church of Christ. She was a hard worker who worked at First Baptist, Horizon Sportswear and Benchmark Electronics.
Mrs. Davis loved her family, friends and would help anyway she could. She was a Professional Pecan Pie maker.
Services will be 11am Thursday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel in Athens with Richard Durham officiating, burial in Hester’s Cemetery.
Visitation is Wednesday 6pm until 9pm at Spry Funeral Home.
Survivors: Daughter, Janet Davis of Elkmont. Granddaughter, Savannah Couch (Matt) Jarrett of Elkmont. Great Granddaughters, Hensley and Mattie. Brothers, Johnny (Ann) Russell of Lester, Randell (Peggy) Russell of Minor Hill, TN and James (Angie) Russell of Goodsprings, TN. Sister, Gladys (Steve) Turner of Elkmont.
Preceded in death by: Parents, Grady and Rozia Russell. Husband, J. C. Davis. Brother, Thomas Anthony Russell.
