85 of Athens, Alabama, died Monday, May 13, 2024 at his residence.
Services will 2PM Thursday at Spry Funeral
Home Chapel in Athens with Casey Harbin, Tony Andrews and Mike Pressnell
officiating, visitation 11am until service Thursday at Spry Funeral Home.
Graveside
Service will be 11AM Friday at Limestone Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be
Jake Leonard, Kegan Ham, Luke Wilbanks, Drake Chittam, Devlin Jarrett and David
Ham; Honorary Pallbearers are David Wilbanks, Curt Jones, Clay Morgan and
Phillip Moses.
Mr. Chittam was born October 13, 1938 in Limestone County, he
was a member Westview Church of Christ, a member of the Board of Realtors. He
was an avid Golfer and a member of Optimist Club. He will be inducted into the
Limestone County Sports Hall of Fame on June 8, 2024.

Athens and Julie (Clay) Morgan of Athens; Thirteen Grandchildren; Thirteen
