James Edward Garrison Jr. age 64 of Athens passed away
Saturday at Athens Limestone Hospital.
Mr. Garrison was a member of First Union
Baptist Church, a U.S. Army Veteran and a retired landscaper. He was born
January 19, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Graveside services will be 1 pm Thursday
March 6, 2025 at Thatch & Mann Cemetery in Athens.
Visitation will be
Thursday from 11am - 12noon at Spry Funeral Home.
Survivors include his Sons,
Joshua Stanley of Athens and Austin Stanley of Toney. Grandchildren, Alia Stanley,
Adaleigh Stanley and Aiden Stanley. Sisters, Alice Koslow of Huntsville and
Gina Sampson of Athens. Several Nieces and Nephews.
He was preceded in death by
his Parents, James Edward Garrison Sr. and Mattie E. Garrison. Wife, Rhonda
Garrison. Brother, Roger Ray Garrison Sr.
