Bonnie Aleen Davis, 86 of Athens, Alabama, died Sunday,
August 18, 2024 at Limestone Health & Rehab surrounded by her three girls,
Tena, Char and Debra.
Mrs. Davis was born November 9, 1937 in Walker County,
Alabama and she was a member of West Hobbs Street Church of Christ.
There will
be a 11am Graveside Service Wednesday at Limestone Memorial Gardens with Bill
Irby officiating. No visitation is planned. Spry Funeral Home in Athens is
directing.
Survivors: Daughters: Tena (Roger) Bullington of Athens, Char
(Cliff) Smith of Athens and Debra Walker of Athens. One Granddaughter. One
Step-granddaughter. One Great Grandson. One Great Granddaughter. One
Step-great-granddaughter. Sisters, Jackie Letson of Moulton and Nina Gray of
Athens. Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by: Husband, David E. Davis.
Parents, Jackson and Dovie Phillips. Brother, Charles Phillips. Great Niece:
Amanda Walker. Memorials may be made to Limestone Bible Camp.

We are sorry for your loss. Although we never met Hazel, the obituary was very informative about her long life and all the things that she enjoyed doing to bring happiness to others. We have made a donation from the family of Larry and Mary Ellyn Boledovich.
