Douglas Belue, 89 of Athens, Alabama, died Friday, October 22, 2021 at Athens
Limestone Hospital.
Mr. Belue was born March 13, 1932 in Lauderdale County, he
was a member of Brookhill Church of Christ in Killen, AL. Mr. Belue was a
Welder for Redstone Arsenal and he was a U.S. Airforce Veteran of the Korean
Conflict.
There will be a 10am Graveside Service Tuesday at Civitan Cemetery
with Paul Sheehan officiating. No visitation is planned. Spry Funeral Home in
Athens is directing.
Survivors: Son, Kevin (Tammy) Belue of Madison. Daughter,
Rhonda (Brad) Belue Garner of Athens. Granddaughters, Brooke (Shawn) Morris of
Madison and Leslie (Brandon) Weaver of Washington State. Great Grandchildren,
Mason Morris, Roman Morris and Brynnlee Morris. Brother, Robert (Jeanine) McGee
of Florence, AL.
