Thomas Wayne Walker, 70 of Athens, Alabama, died Thursday, July 8, 2021 at his residence.
There will be a 2pm Graveside Service Sunday at Roselawn Cemetery with Bill Irby officiating. Visitation is from 1-1:45pm Sunday at Spry Funeral Home in Athens.
Mr. Walker was born January 7, 1951 in Alabama, he was a retired Post Master and he was a member of Hobbs Street Church of Christ.
Survivors: Wife: Debra Walker of Athens; Daughter: April Walker Garrett and husband Kevin; Grandson: Zane Douglas Garrett; Several Nieces and Nephews.

Diane was a good friend. I went to Clements with her for several years. She was also a friend to my mother, Joyce Raley. She will be missed.
