Shirley Geneva Turner - Spry Funeral Home

Shirley Geneva Turner, age 63 of Athens passed away Friday at her residence.

Mrs. Turner was born May 14, 1961 in Limestone County, she was a member of Majestic Church and a retired paralegal. She loved children.

Services will be 2 pm Friday in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home with Mike Webster officiating, burial in Gatlin Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 pm at Spry Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Carroll, C.J. Mears, Christopher Defoe, Adam Alaway, Kyle Stacey and Joseph Mears. Honorary pallbearer will be Keith Rham.

Survivors include her Father, Edward Webster of Athens. Adopted Daughter, Julie Mears of Elkmont. Aunt, Sara Keel of Athens. Nieces and Nephews. Special Friends, Glenda Raney of Elkmont. Tammy Perry of Athens.

She was preceded in death by her Mother, Eva Mae Webster. Husbands, Ernest Wingo and James Turner.
