Beverly Diane Conley, 68 of Athens, Alabama, died Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Limestone Nursing & Rehab.

Mrs. Conley was born January 31, 1956 in Limestone County and she was a member of the Church of Christ.

Services will be 1PM Friday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel in Athens with Dwight Ridinger officiating, burial in Elk River Mills Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is Friday 11AM until service at Spry Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Worthey, Will Worthey, Andy Stanford, Randy Evans, Jeffrey Bailey and Neal Baker.

Survivors: Son: Chris (Mandy) Hemmen of Athens; Brother: Randy Evans of Goodsprings; Sisters Helen Taylor of Washington State and Beth Worthey of Athens;

Preceded in death by: Parents: William Bee Evans and Vona Lynn Evans; One Brother; Two Sisters.

We are so sorry to learn of James Alfred (Shap to us) death. Our deepest sympathy to all his family. Shap was a great friend to all who knew him.

Sorry to hear of Jimmy's death. We all thought so much of him when we worked for him at Prestolite.! He was a great man and boss!
