Robert Owens Mayfield - Spry Funeral Home

 

Robert Owens Mayfield age 73 of Athens passed away Saturday June 29, 2024 in Panama City Beach, Florida.

Mr. Mayfield was born January 27, 1951 in Limestone County, Alabama. He was a retired contractor and a United States Army Veteran.

 

Graveside service will be 2 PM Sunday at Poplar Creek Cemetery with Joe Teal officiating   Military honors will be conducted at graveside.

Visitation will be Sunday from 12 noon until 1:30 pm at Spry Funeral Home.

Survivors, Son, Daniel Mayfield of Athens. Daughter, Brandy Shoulders of Athens. Six Grandchildren, ten Great Grandchildren. Brothers, Oneal Mayfield of Athens. Johnny Mayfield of Athens. Sisters, Ruby McCartney of Athens. Gertrude Garlan of Bradenton, Florida. Lois Warren of Athens. Beulah McArthur of Athens. Tonya Taylor of Athens.

Pallbearers will be Oneal Mayfield, Johnny Mayfield, Cooper Mayfield, Daniel Mayfield and Anthony Shoulders.
