Mrs. Opal Mae (Lovell) Romine, 98 of Anderson, Alabama, died Monday, February 1, 2021 at her residence.

Mrs. Romine was born July 13, 1922 in Limestone County, she was a member of West Rogersville Church of Christ, a homemaker, a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother.

There will be a1pm Graveside Service Thursday at Civitan Cemetery with Donnie Rogers officiating. No visitation is planned. Spry Funeral Home is directing.

Pallbearers will be Scott Romine, John Bob Witt, Lint Romine, Troy Hardaway, Jeffrey Bassham and Russ Ritter.

Survivors: Daughters, Gayle (Glenn) Davis of Anderson and Vicki (Gene) Johnson of Rogersville. Sons, Roland Romine of Athens and Larry Romine of Andersons. Sisters, Christine Hudson of Athens and Frances Weith of Athens. Nine Grandchildren. Ten Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Preceded in death by: Parents, Lenton and Alvie Lovell, Husband of 67 years, Eddis Romine, Infant Son, L.C. Romine, Infant Grandson, Roland Romine Jr., Grandson, Clint Romine, Brothers, Mack, Floyd and Don Lovell, Sisters, Hattie Baucom, Katherine Ferguson, Daughters-in-Law, Caroline Romine and Doris Romine.

Dep's Obituary was a true statement of his life. We enjoyed our Fri. night meals together ,at Walton's rest. ,for several years. May He Rest In Peace.

I'm James Nash Daughter (Dee Nash's Son). I just wanted to let you all know we are so sorry for the loss of Dep!!! Daddy thought a lot of him, as well as all of y'all!!! We got all of y'all in our Prayers!!! Sending Hugs and Love!!!
