Mrs. Myrl Marie Jackson, 88 of Lester, Alabama, died Friday, January 17, 2020 at her residence.
Mrs. Jackson was born May 5, 1931 in Cullman, Alabama, she was a charter member of Salem Springs Baptist Church and she was a homemaker.
Services will be 2pm Monday at Salem Springs Baptist Church with Kip McKee, Lucky Teague and Ross Clemmons officiating, burial in New Salem Cemetery.
Visitation is from 11am until service Monday at the church.
Grandsons and Great Grandsons will be Pallbearers.
Survivors: Daughter, Venalyn King of Decatur; Sons: Michael Elmer Jackson of Athens, James Douglas Jackson of Bowling Green, KY, Timothy Shane Jackson of Lester and Mark Kent Jackson of Athens; Ten Grandchildren; Twenty Great Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by: Parents, J.B. and Ezma Smith; Husband, Elmer Jackson; Sister, Margaret Smith Mayhal.
