Mr. Haggard
was born December 6, 1962 in Hammond, Indiana and he was a retired Plumber and
Electrician.
Survivors: Wife: Karla Haggard of Athens; Son: Cale Haggard of
Elkmont, Daughter: Stephanie Baker of Elkmont; Mother: Patricia Haggard of
Elkmont; Sister: Tammy Perry of Athens; Seven Grandchildren.

I Am So Sorry That I Did Not Make It To His Funeral But My Condolences Goes Out To My Family The Haggard Family As They Are Going Through A Rough Time And Yet Another Loss . May He Rest In Peace And Walk The Golden Gate Of Heaven With Jesus . And All Other Angels And Loved Ones And Friends Whom Have Went Home With Jesus . I Love You Cousin Carl Haggard We May Not And We May Have Knew Eachother But I Love You And May You Rest In Peace .
