Mary Evelyn Jeffreys, 85 of Athens, Alabama, died Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at her residence.
Services will be 2pm Saturday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Pat Lawrence officiating, burial in Limestone Memorial Gardens, visitation is from 12noon until service time Saturday at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Terry Jeffreys, David Appleton, Jason Pressnell, Braden Pressnell, Jamie Carter and Landon Kyle.
Mrs. Jeffreys was born November 6, 1933 in Buford, Georgia, a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and she was a homemaker. Survivors: Daughters: Fran Nelson of Athens, Patti Clark of Rogersville and Brenda Pressnell of Athens, Son: John Jeffreys of Athens, Brothers: Ray McDaniel of Huntsville and Wayne McDaniel of Buford, Georgia, Ten Grandchildren, Thirty-three Great Grandchildren, Nine Great Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by Husband: Lyndon Jeffreys, Parents: Robert and Ruby McDaniel, Grandson: Matthew Pressnell, Great Great Granddaughter: Amora Pressnell.
