Lisa M. Simmons, 58 of Rogersville,
Alabama, died Monday, June 5, 2023 at her residence.
Miss Simmons was born
September 11, 1964 in Madison County, Alabama, she attended Grace Point Baptist
Church in Huntsville, she was a Special Needs Child who loved everyone.
Services will be 2pm Thursday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel in Athens with Jimmy
Brantley officiating and burial in Miller Cemetery in Rogersville.
Visitation
is Thursday 12noon until 2pm at Spry Funeral Home.
Survivors: Mother, Wanda
Faye Swaim Davis of Rogersville. Sister, Valerie Rice of Rogersville. Aunts,
Pam Brown, Sandra Watson, Diane Watson, Kim Prance and Gay Miller. Uncles,
Terry Swaim and Ronnie (Barbara) Pierce who helped take care of her as sisters
and brothers. Special Caregiver, Shannon Fountain. Lots of Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by: Grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. R. W. Swaim. Brother, Tony
Simmons. Sister, Heather Hannon. Special Aunt, Carolyn Newman.

I have know Greg since the second grade. He was loved and admired by all. Back in the day He gave me a necklace with two silver hearts which I'm sure Ms. Barbara picked out. I still have it. What an amazing family I'll see them again one day.
