Johnny Wayne Berzett, 68 of Athens, Alabama, died Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Athens-Limestone Hospital.

Mr. Berzett was born June 9, 1954 in Morgan County. He was Owner of Greenbrier BBQ. There will be a Private Memorial Service later. Spry Funeral Home in Athens assisted the family.

Survivors: Sons, Jordan Stafford of Athens and Garrett Stafford of Athens. Nephews.

Preceded in death by: Mother, Margaret Berzett. Wife, Dianne Berzett. Brothers. Billy Wayne Berzett, Bobby Berzett and Charles Berzett.
