John (Buddy) Robert
Coffman, 79 of Athens, Alabama, died Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his
residence.
Mr. Coffman was born September 11, 1944 in Limestone County and he
was of the Baptist faith.
Services will be 2pm Sunday at Spry Funeral Home
Chapel in Athens with Donald Terry officiating and burial in Sandlin Cemetery.
Visitation is 6pm until 9pm Saturday at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be
Rock Coffman, Gary Coffman, Larry Coffman, Charlie Coffman, Tracy Waddell and
Jonathan Barnes. Honorary Pallbearers are Johnny Coffman and Braeden Russell.
Survivors: Wife, Marie Coffman of Athens. Brother: James Coffman of
Athens. Sister, Polly Pack of Athens. Several Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in
death by: Parents, Joe and Ora Lee Coffman. Sister, Minnie Ann Pack. Brother,
Alfred Coffman.
