Glinda M. Hogan, 66 of Athens, Alabama, died Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at her residence.

Services will be 11am Monday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Kelley and Jeremy Jones officiating, burial in Roselawn Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6pm until 8pm Sunday at Spry Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hogan was born May 9, 1954 in Limestone County and she was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors: Loving wife of Husband: Hollis Hogan of Athens; Daughters: Christy Holmes of Albertville, AL and April Jones of Anderson, AL; Sister: Linda Thigpen of Athens; Grandchildren: Nick Jaynes, Alan Jaynes and Amber Pressnell; Great Grandchildren: Jason McLaughlan and T.K. Jaynes; Loving extended family.

Preceded in death by: Parents: Elmer Dewey and Frances Marie Reid McNairy Sr.; Grandson: Matthew Pressnell; Three Brothers.

We just learned of Robbie's passing. She was the first neighbor to come visit us when we moved here six years ago (with cookies). I often stopped by for a chat when I was walking. She lived a great long life and will be missed. Prayers to all of family
