Edward Haggenmaker Jr., 86 of Athens, Alabama, died Monday, September 6, 2021
at Athens-Limestone Hospital.
Services will be 2pm-Thursday at Apostolic
Christian Church with Mark Klaus officiating and burial in Apostolic Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6pm until 9pm Wednesday at Spry Funeral Home in Athens.
Pallbearers will be Frank Haggenmaker, James Haggenmaker, Ronald Haggenmaker,
Corey Cottingham, Jacob Edge and Tim Edge Jr.
Mr. Haggenmaker was born May 6,
1935 in Alabama and he was a member of Apostolic Christian Church.
Survivors: Son: James Edward Haggenmaker of Athens; Daughters: Amanda
Harris of Athens, Mary Ellen Edge of Madison and Ruth Edge of Madison;
Brothers: Woodrow Haggenmaker of Athens, Andrew Haggenmaker of Athens and Douglas
Haggenmaker of Decatur; Sisters: Joyce Ray of Athens and Reba Goff of Athens;
Nine Grandchildren; Four Great Grandchildren.
