Rogersville, Alabama, died Sunday, March 31, 2024 in Rogersville, AL.
There
will be a 2PM Graveside Service Wednesday at Dement Cemetery, visitation is
Wednesday 11:30AM until 1:30PM at Spry Funeral Home in Athens.
Mr. Goode was
born November 12, 1933 in Limestone County and he was a retired Truck Driver.
Survivors:
Son: Rusty (Shelley) of Rogersville; Daughter-in-law: Jill Goode of
Rogersville; Grandchildren: Adam (Kelli) Goode, Tiffany Goode, Casey (Chris)
Horton, James Goode, Billy (Ashley) Messer and Kyle Messer; Great
Grandchildren: Madison, Chloe, Hudson, Jackson, Sawyer, Gavin, Ava and Georgia.

Words cannot describe the amount of pain I feel ever since my brother went Home to Jesus. I feel like a lot of me went with him. I know he's in the Lord's hands now, but I'll forever miss him down to the core of my heart. I love you Cub, we'll be together again one day, you have my word.
