Francisco Frank Cepeda, age 71 of Athens died Friday November 15, 2019 at Floyd E. "Tut" Fann Veterans Home in Huntsville, Alabama.

Mr. Cepeda was born September 10, 1948 in Barrigada, Guam. He was retired from the United States Army. He was a member of Our Lady of the Universe Catholic Church, Huntsville, Alabama.

 

Memorial services will be 11 am Friday November 22, 2019 in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home, Athens, Alabama, with Joel Carwile anf Father Joy officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before service.

 

Survivors : Wife, Jeanne Cepeda of Athens, Alabama.

 

Daughters, Tara Cepeda and Tasha Parker and daughter, Ash'e Parker.

 

Sisters, Regina (Ignacio) Mafnas and children, Julia, Frank, Pauline, Bertha, Joseph, Josephine, Mae, Victor, Paul, Norman, Daniel, Vera, and Thomas.

 

Marie (Terance) Jones and daughter, Sadie.

 

Brothers, Tomas (Rosario) Cepeda and children, Raymond, Marie, Vincente, Rita, and Rosa.

 

Jose (Elaine) Cepeda, and children, Lucille, jacqueline, Jose Jr.

 

Vicente (Lourdes) Cepeda and daughter, Maria.

 

Daniel (Martina) Cepeda, and children, Andrea, Daniel, and Frances.

 

David (Anna) Cepeda, and children, Ariann Naputi Kandido and children, Nesiah, Joshua (Brandy Martinez) Blas.
