David Leon Walker, 65 of Athens, died
Sunday, August 4, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Walker was born December 13, 1953
in Colbert County, Alabama, he was of the Baptist faith and he was retired from
Federal Mogul.
A Graveside Service will be 3:30pm Wednesday at Limestone
Memorial Gardens, visitation is from 1pm until 3pm Wednesday at Spry Funeral
Home.
Pallbearers will be Tommy Walker, Hagan Walker, Chris Davis, Amos
Harrison, Robert Harrison and Cody Patterson. Survivors: Wife: Gatha Walker of
Athens. Son: Ryan Walker of Athens. Daughter: Tiffany Renee Benton of Gun
Barrel, Texas. Brother: Paul (Sandra) Walker of Elkmont. Sisters: Vivian
(Clyde) Davis of Athens and Mae Walker of Decatur. Six Grandchildren. Several
Nieces and Nephews.
Preceded in death by: Father: Roy Houston Walker, Mother:
Buelah Almeta Walker, Brothers: Roy Walker, Claud Walker and John Walker.
