Bonnie Lee Birdwell, 78 of Rogersville, Alabama, died Sunday, April 21, 2024 at her residence.
Services will be 10:30AM Wednesday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel in Athens with Adam Smith and Jerry Curry officiating, burial in Romine Cemetery in Rogersville.
Visitation is Tuesday 5PM until 8PM at Spry Funeral Home.
Mrs. Birdwell was born June 13, 1945 in Lauderdale County and she was a member of New Georgia Church of Christ.
Survivors: Daughters: Laura (Mike) Thacker of Rogersville and Paula Garner of Rogersville; Sons: David (Debra) Birdwell of Rogersville and Richard (Michelle) Birdwell of Trinity, AL; Brother: Doyce (Judy) Richardson of Rogersville; Sisters: Mary Lou Springer of Rogersville and Robbie (Frank) Fuller of Rogersville; Seven Grandchildren: Nine Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Brandon Thacker, Brent Thacker, Timothy Hamilton, Preston Favors, Zane Crumbley and Laken Wilder; Cade Garner is a Honorary Pallbearer.
Preceded in death by: Husband: Oneal
Birdwell; Grandson: Christopher Garner.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s
Hospital or Special Olympics.
